Welcome to Our Multiliteracies Wiki!!!

This is a project of the Center for Adolescent Literacies at UNCCharlotte. Drawing on the work of The New London Group (1996), we seek to advance what it means to be literate by expanding our understanding of literacies and texts by providing tools for teachers and students who seek to bring teaching and learning into the 21st Century.

We acknowledge that there are many ways to think about adolescents' literacies, and we have developed the following actions as themes to organize our ideas.  Please browse the different themes listed below and find valuable resources for your own classroom!
